The Research Software Engineering group runs informal, one-to-one Code Clinics via Teams to help navigate the complexities of writing research software.

During these free, 30-minute consultations we do our best to provide actionable advice on:

  • Software development: Coding in Python or R
  • Software engineering: Testing, optimisation, debugging etc
  • Software lifecycle: Packaging, deployment, publication etc

The sessions are open to the entire King’s research community, regardless of career stage or role.
